Welcome to Khurd. These terms cover your use of our website and the purchase of our handmade microcrochet pieces. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Our pieces
Every Khurd piece is made by hand from fine thread. Small variations in colour, size, and stitch are natural and are part of the character of handmade work. Product photographs are representative, and colours may appear differently across screens.
Orders and confirmation
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order that cannot be verified or fulfilled.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently offer Cash on Delivery, so you pay in cash when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver across Pakistan for a flat Rs 250, with complimentary delivery on orders above Rs 3,000. Estimated timelines are shared on confirmation. Delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Khurd, though we will always help where we can.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Please inspect your piece when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
- Verified damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
- Because each piece is handmade, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once an item has been used or its packaging removed.
- Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.
- Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued by bank transfer within 7 to 10 business days.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once a piece has shipped, or once work has begun on a custom order, it can no longer be cancelled.
Care and responsibility
Microcrochet is delicate. Please follow the care guidance provided with your piece. Damage caused by misuse, excess moisture, or rough handling after delivery is not covered.
Intellectual property
All designs, photographs, and content on this website belong to Khurd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order. Please see our Privacy Policy for more detail.
